Sweet like chocolate art

Tokyo 21_21 Design Sight gallery had a very interesting exhibiton lately – it was called Chocolate and featured most delicate bitter product articles.

The exhibition was curated by product designer Naoto Fukasawa, one of four directors at the museum (the other three are Issey Miyake, Taku Satoh and Noriko Kawakami). Many artists and designers worked on chocolate keys, batteries, credit cards, nails and many more.

Ball games for the lazy

Tennis ball is a popular product to make chairs and benches. It might not be too comfortable, but very good looking and eye catching.

Visitors at Rotterdam’s Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen are able to sit on these colorful tennis ball benches designed by Dutch designers Tejo Remy and Rene Veenhuizen.

Funny matches for all cases

Lucifer is an incredible matchbox, which first of all is reusable, and secondly, it works as a lighter. Once you pull a match out of it, the match’s head will be jammed by the gratter, pull it out to strike it on the orange part of gratter. The match lights automatically!
