It has enhancements to which includes a 35% weight reduction, a lock out mechanism to ensure greater weight distribution, floataion and traction, larger and addtional drive teeth for better track engagement and climbing performance. With the weight reduction especially, the ktrak is no longer solely for a downhill experience of fun, but consider cross country and everyday use easier then it was originally.
